​Managing Partner

Manny has extensive financial services focused private equity experience, including with investments in 10 asset managers totaling more than $1.7 billion invested and capital raises totaling more than $15 billion. Previously, he was at Stone Point Capital; Bain Consulting, Traditional Matchmakers and Beacon Group. Manny earned his MBA from Wharton (Palmer Scholar) and BS from Wharton (Magna Cum Laude).

Ellen Carey Maginnis
Partner, Head of Impact
Ellen is a sustainability and impact measurement professional with extensive experience working with the private sector on social and environmental issues​, developing impact frameworks, and sustainability standards. Previously, she was at Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Ellen earned her MA from Johns Hopkins University and BA from Johns Hopkins University (with Honors).

Danny is a seasoned private equity executive, including 12 years as CEO of an alternative investment platform with a fully realized track record across 32 investments. Previously, he was at MacAndrews and Forbes, Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, Dimensional Associates, and JDS Capital Management. Danny earned his BS from Cornell University.

Michael is a social entrepreneur and innovation-focused corporate development executive with operational, strategic, and transactional experience. Previously, he was at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, a subsidiary of MacAndrews & Forbes, and CEO of Righteous Pictures. Michael earned a BA from University of Pennsylvania (Cum Laude).

Cort has five years of experience as an investment professional and more than seven years of experience in the financial services industry with deep private equity investment expertise. Previously, he was at Apollo Global Management, Neuberger Berman, and Nomura. Cort earned a BA from ​Duke University.

Kenzie has 10 years of experience in business development, asset management and the non-profit sector developing marketing strategies and working with asset owners to leverage their capital to create a positive impact. Previously, she was at Work Capital, ImpactAssets, and Acumen Fund. Kenzie earned a BA from Skidmore College (Cum Laude).
